Peter is a highly experienced and respected entrepreneur within the telecommunications and technology sectors. He is well connected within business, government and community circles with many appointments to public service in Hong Kong.
Peter is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the iMagic Group. Peter oversees the Group's strategic direction and is responsible for the introduction of strategic business opportunities and alliances from which the Group can leverage its resources. Peter provides the Chief Executive Officer with high-level support in the implementation plans of agreed business objectives and a source of critical analysis for specific business matters. Peter facilitates the Group's Board and its investors with access to executive management, while also providing the executive directors with access to networks of senior businessmen for access to expertise outside of the Group's executive resources.
Peter ensures that high levels of corporate governance are adhered to and that the strategic direction of the Group is fully analysed and executed by its executive directors.
Peter was the founder of INFA Group in 1974, which has played a major role in the telecommunications and technology industries of Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland. He was also the founder, Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of New World Secretarial Paging, New World Telecom and New World Mobility from 1995 to 2000.
Peter is currently an Independent Non-executive Director of Synergis Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of the Hsin Chong Group. Mr. Tsang also serves as a Justice of the Peace of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Peter has been selected as one of the top 100 China Enterprise Creative Businessmen for 2006 in China and will be presented with this prestigious Award on 9th December 2006 at the Great Hall of the People. He is also a Council member of Hong Kong Conservation Photography Foundation, a member of Harvard University Asia Centre Advisory Committee, a fellow member of The HK Institute of Directors Ltd and an honorary member of Hong Kong Computer Society.

Justin Tsang is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of iMagic Systems Limited and President of China for MyClick Media Limited.
Justin oversees all technical and product development, as well as being the chief architect and inventor of the mobile media platform, MyClick and related applications. Justin also leads MyClick's business expansion in China and provides strategic input to the overall corporate strategy.
As a graduate of Harvard University, Justin is a technopreneur who possesses a deep understanding of emerging technologies and the innovative and practical applications of these technologies to daily life. An early adopter of the Internet, Justin remains keen to seek out and experiment with advanced technologies. He is a firm believer in the value of public Internet access and he is working towards bringing the Internet to those who otherwise have no access to its benefits, such as through mobile devices.
Justin identified the need for an advanced public communications solutions in 1995 and conceptualized the world's first commercially deployed multimedia 'web payphone', PowerPhoneTM. Since then, PowerPhones have become an industry standard and a widely recognized solution, winning the Financial Times Global Telecoms' 'Most Innovative Fixed Product' award at the ITU '99 in Geneva.
In recent years, Justin has focused on expanding the utility of iMagic's platform with new mobile Internet applications. As a result of his leadership, MyClick Media Limited www.myclick.hk was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of iMagic. MyClick was launched in Hong Kong in May 2006 as the first and only mobile media platform integrated with all six of Hong Kong's mobile operators. MyClick is scheduled to be launched in China in September 2006.
Mr. Tsang is an opinion leader in his field. He has been interviewed many times by the print media as well as by prominent electronic media such as CNN, Cable TV and China's Phoenix TV. Mr. Tsang has also been a much sought after speaker in international, regional and local industry seminars and forums.
In his spare time, Justin enjoys architecture, the exploration of the Internet and its applications and spending time with his wife and family.
